Brzezinski clearly distinguishes every role of every player based on easy to understand Cold War Principles.

with a functioning protection racket based tax-system that does not directly kill it's own Human resource
(minimum requirement)

That is a free-market global player within the top 20 GDP's
(minimum requirement)


3- Corporatocracy, and/or Police-state
with a functioning and controllable army, deployable anywhere on the planet (minimum requirement)


4- Corporatocracy, and/or Police-state
with the capability of a nuclear global reach & deployment (bonus member) 5 star members have a independent functioning Space-program

5- Corporatocracy, and/or Police-state
That will or is about to agree on a unilateral CO2 Emission reduction & or environment tax


Every other nation on earth without any kind of treaty with any of the qualifiers or enough GDP are considered "regions" with a Regional role and are subject to discussion on the big round table!

Europe (EU) without a real unified and functioning leadership, is not considered a partner. At present Brzezinski only considers the UK, France & Germany to qualify for G14-20 UN round Table from all of the EU states.

States like Russia & Iran are to be respected as Regional powers within the G14-20 , both nations want more under the old world order.

He actually gets more direct by saying Only 12- 14 nations will or can qualify to run the world together at present ....

The UN based on the 1950 realities is not fit enough for the 21st Century challenges at Present.

This is of course ALL SPECULATION by decoding MSM events and can never be 100% accurate, you should also consider that this style of Geopolitics is pure western Imperialism independent of the regimes/govts in power in all the named Countries!

there is a huge mistake you have done on the iranian part, in your video

i am iranian and i do know what is going on. the mujaheddin of iran is not a threat and they have no large support, however the treath is Mosavi movement which includes non muslims and muslims to make a regime change. this is proven to be supported by the bush money in 2006 and by israel. they want to destroy iran from inside.
