  • @salem2210salem2210 They are everywhere. Not just in minority areas. Montgomery County was the first area to install speed cameras. Once you know where they are, there is no excuse for getting them again. That is why tax revenue from the speed cameras are falling dramatically.

  • As a Black man that drives in the city every day. I wish you would have asked O'Malley about all those speed cams in the city. 70% of Baltimore is in some school's zone/area. Pull up google maps, why are these cams targeted in minority areas. I'm tired of all these tickets, schools are closed. The should be deactivated in the summer. It is a hidden tax on City Folks. When will they put them in Pikesville & Towson. Black folks wake up!
