  • Thank you. You're so sweet.

  • Aroi! Thank you for the recipe.

Pad thai has as many variations as there are people making it. The version I learned from my Thai wife's mother includes Chinese chives, dried shrimp and sweet pickled turnips. Also, the noodles are the larger kind (sen lek), soaked for a few minutes in hot water to soften them before adding to wok.

  • Hi Tritisan: Thank you very much. You're right, Pad Thai has so many variations. Enjoy and Have a great weekend.

  • Thank you so much for sharing. My tongue is stuck to the carpet.

  • It looks very good.

  • Pad Thai is my favorite food in the world!

  • great job! im going to make it now

  • @memichayz There is something wrong with your logic. Just because I happen to be from the "states" doesn't discredit my knowledge of Thai cooking. I happen to be very proficient in Cambodian cuisine and I like to learn about how the Thai cook similar dishes. I learned how to make Pad Thai from a good friend of my mine who happens to be Thai...I just couldn't remember how to make the sauce.
