i have the Reformation Study Bible (NKJV just because NKJV is my favorite) ...I really like it.

I think I'm done with "study bibles" all together. I thought Sproul would keep it real but this bible creates more confusion and there is already enough of that. Although it is nice to see a bible that is not saturated with dispensational bias, The reformed school has a long way to go in the eschatological arena.

I just purchased a reformation study bible and I must say that I am quit upset. The book introductions and notes are very contradictory. Example: concerning Matt. 24:29-31"This passage most NATURALLY refers to the 'Second Coming'"compared to the note on Matt. 24:34 "The phrase 'this generation' NATURALLY means the people living as Jesus spoke". Well which is it? 70 a.d. or thousands of years hence?

@theheat151 Thats correct.
-
@WorshipInTruth Methodists today don't believe what Whitefield believed. They are more Wesleyian.
-
@theheat151 The methodists never really believed in monergism, they were always arminian. Well that is not exactly true, one of the founders of Methodism, George Whitfield, was a Calvinist Methodist while the other founder, John Wesley, was an arminian.
-
@jgrig2 Methodists were Protestants. Many Methodists today don't believe what the Protestants believed. They don't even believe in true Monergism anymore.

The 4 people that disliked this video are Roman Catholics.

@romanator14 I would say that I'll have the last laugh. But I won't. See....in heaven, I'll not even be troubled by the thought of your horribly ,excruciating torture, in hell, for eternity.So I'll so I'll pray that you are led to Christ, before it is too late. Peace.

@matrigne Hahahahahaha right. The only people who NEED god are people like you, simple-minded cowards. Religion exists because of fear, and that's why the few can control the many. It's the same in politics. What baffles me is that adults can actually be convinced of the magical fairy tales. I don't NEED your petty violent god, I think I'm going to do just fine without him.
I need to open mine and read it more.
