In November, 2010, my wife, Dixie, contacted our friend, Eddie Holman, to order 2 of his greatest hits CDs as Christmas presents for me and a friend of hers. Eddie graciously signed & sent the CDs and included (at no charge) a CD of spiritual songs he released in 2007. Being baptised & raised a Christian, I admit that I'm sometimes tempted to stray from the "flock" and drawn into sin. Listening to Reverend Holman's "LOVE STORY" CD was like a spiritual awakening and renewed my faith. Eddie will be the first to tell you that his voice is a gift from God and believe me when I tell you...he sounds every bit as good (if not better) than the day he recorded his very 1st record, decades ago. 1st heard this 3 years ago on WLSW, an oldies station outside of Pgh,PA. Sunday AM DJ (Daddy G) plays a Gospel Song every hour, this is the most frequently requested song each show. Long time listener of Mr Holman pre-Reverend days, this 1 blew me away.....never has my soul been touched by a song as by this 1. Thank U 4 putting it up, pics r beautiful & fit so well.
