I use a 2" white rubber spinner tail 6-10" below a float and a extremely slow retrieve. I caught a 15" crappie on that rig.

You should go to the main marina theres some huge fish over there but u cant fish people just feed them and they get fat just throw some bread in the water at the marina and watch the fish
