Chris Krueger TSC Training & Nutrition
Chris Krueger demonstrates the Short Shuttle, also called the 5-10-5. It's a great test of athleticism. You'll need quickness and agility as you start, stop, change directions, and accelerate to your top speed. You need explosion and the ability to bend your knees and sink your hips. This drill will make you a better athlete.

Under 5.5 seconds is okay, under 4.5 and you are flying.

Every year pro football scouts use the 20-Yard Shuttle to evaluate college football players and determine their draft status.
