This is THE CALM - live at the Keystone, Palo Alto on March 13, 1983. This is an excerpt from the very first concert video I ever produced. At the time of this production, the band was getting a lot of airplay on KFJC college radio, but the band had already broken up. This was to be their final performance, playing as a tribute to their biggest fan- Conrad Turner, their road manager, who had recently died. Members of the band included Dan Pisciotta, Paul Cross, Tommy King and, Sean Kirkpatrick.

This video was produced by myself, Eric Predoehl, with additional camerawork provided by Todd Marks and Dave Glovin. Paul Korntheuer was an associate producer.

  • Great post. I was probably at this show. This was such a great band! I've searched the net for years to find their music. Please post more if it is available. . .

  • Thanks for the reply! As I get the time... and figure out the song titles, I'll post more from this show!

  • I can probably help you with the titles. I've had their songs stuck in my head for

    25-plus years.
