  • LOL border patrol?! and who wants to test the parachute??

  • Looks like the engine doesnt really have any kind of muffler, but piping to get the exhaust gasses away from the pilot and the air stream of the propulsion,

  • While this thing might be fun to make and fly, UAVs beat jetpacks hands down.

  • @alienproxy LOL

  • @minmotstand

That thing is so slow and loud and bulky for any military use, The US Army just srapped a droid that was flew this way. Now the swiss Rocketman has something coming, only he needs to build a harrier type version of it.

  • Ok, so I've finally seen it more than a few meters off the ground - i.e. its not just a ground effect vehicle. Nice one.

  • @dangermous1968 That's fine as long as the parachute isn't a Chinese knock-off too.

  • After this thing has been airborne for 20 yrs I would buy one.

  • Absolutely terrible. The noise pollution must be deafening. What a grim future that awaits us, if its a bunch of assholes racing around in contraptions like this. The airborne equivalent of a fucking jet ski :-((((

  • From the country that brought you the jet boat and all its off shoots ,this !
