@Maurodbest no. All GTI's are petrol. You can get a GT TDI though that is a diesel. 2.0 170hp

@Maurodbest no, the mark 5 gti came with a petrol engine only, however there is now a GTD (which is diesel) to accompany the GTI mark 6
