Did you climb above the entrance of Paw Paw tunnel? When it is wet those steps are mossey and slick. When you are carrying 30 pounds of stuff on your bike it makes you slow and ride 30-40 miles a day. I do not carry a camera when I bike tour. That motel/campground in Frostburg has a "hostel" they call it Liberty Room. Trail Inn was for sale spring 2010. I camped there 2 times in 2008 and stayed at Liberty room in May 2010. I am hesitant to camp at YMCA in Cumberland Md.
