the only way a non thai can buy anything like that, is first to get married to a Thai, but in the event of divorce you are out of luck,,,, you can also start a thai corporation of which you can only own 49% 51% must be Thai owned,,, but that corporation can buy the property, some restrictions apply,, You can however buy a condo, the actual land is owned by the Association,, also there are gated communities with associations that own the land but you can own the house,,
