Built in 1999 with the "Last Edition" range, the Mini Knightsbridge was purely an export model to Europe and Japan. 2 cars ( 1 of which I own) were built solely for the UK market and press photography or car shows. This is V203 - the press photo Knightsbridge.

  • I had Two minis.... The first was a 1999 40th anniversary and the second was exactly like the one in the video dated dec 2000.... I still consider it the most beautifull car owned... I still remember a trip from Firenze up to Paris it was great even if the sport pack Made a lot of problems......

  • @gualindi Can I ask - where was yours registered originally?

  • looks more like a cooper sport than a nightsbridge to me lol

  • knightsbridge...well yeah I see your point - sportspack arches and luxury interior, but fact is its not anything near to a cooper sport - different interior coding, different colours, and only 2 made for the UK, the rest going to Northern Europe.

  • as a bootnote, lookup mini knightsbridge on google image search and you'll see its certainly not a cooper sport.

  • I didn't even know that they'd made a Mini Knightbridge! I knew that they'd done a metro/Rover 100 limited edition, but this one is new to me. It reminds me of gold coloured Minis from the early 80s... Picadilly springs to mind, but my I can't remember if they did gold or just the black one... scratches head! They definitely did Mayfairs in gold, but not many others I reckon it must be quite rare to see gold Minis around now, regardless of which 'edition'. Park Lanes were nice too!

  • MY KNIGHTBRIDGE was made for the french market (I found inside the car the french number of europe assistance and all the service books were in french) but I bought in a MG Rover dealer in Florence...the 40 th anniversary was a fresh second hand car.....

  • only 2 in the world,

A shame they discontinued to real mini :(

  • excellent i almost had a tear in my eye :D

  • goodbye mini :(

  • cool cool its nice anyway i have a cooper sport.
