Allot of people are curious how I stay thin.This is
part one where I go into detail of my fitness routine.
My breakfast and some health products I just found.

UPDATE:Now vegan cause I`m highly sensitive
to dairy products and I drink Almond milk instead
of soy milk,its way better for you:)and tastes
better too!

  • i love that vid but i'M wondering when you get up in the morning?? coz it sounds like you'd spend like 2hrs from getting up to finish your excercises but you're not ready to go, like taking a shower w/e

    Thats my old work out routine, now do walking around

    track for 30-hour+ball exercises,weights.But yes I get

    up early automatically, I wake up@5:30-6am every morning.

  • @MissToxicLove Coconut milk yogurt is awesome. I had a granola and fruit parfait with it this morning, I get the So Delicious brand. It is vegan too :-)
