  • Very similar to Dear Prudence by Beatles or Banshees.

  • She looks like george michael here...

  • unfairly neglected is an under statement i was a huge fan i didn even know this came out

thank god im gay and have my finger on someone's pulse

she could defo turn a guy

  • @wildenfree Dude, these guys never chose to be part of a movement...it was the press that created the whole Britpop thing, the same NME turds of this world that were masturbating over Sleeper and Echobelly only to change their mind and switch to r&b a few years later...but that's journalism for you, Whore-R-us.

  • @gosuckafuck I second that, the shit thats out now wouldnt have survived a second back then.

  • indie in the 90s: damn, we were lucky to experience that...

  • Yes I blame rubbish like the spice girls for the end of 90s music like this- the premature end. Now all the good acts don't want to be called ' britpop' . Sorry but the best looking woman from 95 was justine from elastica, who has also stopped music altogether and isn't a addict, shes an architect and shes married too .

  • Ran into Sleeper last night on Pandora. A bit annoyed that the song I liked there is nowhere to be seen on YouTube and the like, but they seem like such a good band that I may actually legitimately purchase some of their songs. xP

  • Im responding to this because I think it is worth mentioning; Sleeper sort of broke up mutually. They played together again a few more times but unlike the Stone Roses or Elastica it was a mutual breakup. Two of bandmembers are teaching; Louise writes books. They can actually sit in the same room together; possibly even do another gig again; a rareity.
