i just got in a fight and the guy got on top of me and i did what this vid told me to do and i reversed it and got on top of him. it was awsome this really helped me i whooped the guys but.

This is a bad arch. His heels are too far away from his hips which limits your arching. Pull in the heels next time. Also, this only works if the attacker is a dumbass and sits straight up on you.
