This video was created for the young people of British Columbia, especially those in government care or receiving services from government . It summarizes the report titled "Hearing the Voices of Children and Youth: A Child-Centred Approach to Complaint Resolution" which was released by B.C.'s Representative for Children and Youth, Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond, and B.C.'s Ombudsperson, Kim Carter, on January 19, 2010.
What are the children to do when it is the system "One's Community" who is to blame for the continued errors? The Pillars of the Community who are of the opinion that they are better than "Us" and our Laws do not govern them.

I would like to hear more about this process. If it's a long drawn-out process, I'm not sure that helps either.
How about a system where 1 social worker stays working with a child/family beginning to end, instead of a fragmented process of 3-4 transfers? It would be alot easier to represent voices that way.
