wait. the egg white beat till peak without adding any sugar right?
-
@Hasna3103 Actually when egg is beaten up, it is fast motion, which will make it warm, then warmer, then nearly hot, like when you rub your hands together. In some cake recipes they use beaten up egg whites for the frosting of cakes, and egg yolks raw are the same.

so the eggs are raw? in a recipe I found that we mix the yolk and the sugar on a double boiler, is that important?

This is nice! Finally someone shows a shot of removing tiramisu from the pan. I had trouble with mine (my portions kept flopping over) when taking a slice out.
I figured out from this video how to tweak mine, thanks ^-^

APART FROM THE LOUD MUSIC COMMENTS...HERE IS MISSING THE GRATED CHOCOLATE INSIDE OF THE LAYERS...AND FRESH CREAM FLAKES ON THE FINAL LAYER/SURFACE.I LIVED IN ITALY FOR MANY YEARS, WORKING IN A TRADITIONAL RESTAURANT-TIRAMISÚ WAS OUR SUCCESS! ("Tirami su" means "Do cheer me up". And they use this phrase because of the ingredients that wil for sure change your mood! (cofee-sugar and creams-LIQUEURS ;-)
Amaretto LIQUEUR WILL ALSO BE GREAT!-
