That would be really cool on a rural line. I've seen these in some old pictures of people from the 1890's. Perhaps a rear view mirror would be on the "to get list".

Well if you want to get arrested for trespassing you go right ahead and tell the CNR that your on their tracks. It's never been a problem but they can sneak up on you if the wind is blowing into your face

Aww man, I would want to enjoy the fact that I could ride the rails while getting some exercise. Would need communication system with train to know when to take bike off the rails though....lol.
