Wintechs are awful. As soon as the water got down to a realistic level, the thing stopped working anyway. I'd rather row a proper shell shell in the rain than be persuaded by this gimmick.

...but you get small amounts of water in all boats, so your opponents would also lose 'crucial milliseconds' too!..

this doesnt work that well... it doesnt handle small amounts of water that may add crucial miliseconds to a sprint race... its only good if ur sitting in a tropical storm for 2 hours before a race which is unlikely... all tho this boat looks kool the odds of actually getting that much water in ur shell is slim i dont recomened this boat even tho ive seen them in acction
