  • what size pinion do you put on it, will a 19T be ok with a 10T motor?

  • @smeelokilo It might but I'm not 100% sure if it will. If anything check online to see if you can find a retailer that sells upgraded dog bones.

  • @nitrorcx Not really, just a few times every now and then. Should doing it repeatedly be a problem for the axles?

  • @smeelokilo No that wouldn't cause them to break, we have jumped out cars off of skateboard ramps and the axles never broke. Are you jumping the monkey grass repeatedly?

  • @nitrorcx I ordered new ones and they snapped/bent also :/ Would jumping the buggy cause this at all? There is a pathway of monkey grass that I like to jump with the car but it's not a big jump, maybe 1 1/2 feet of air at most and I broke an axle shortly after doing this once.

  • @smeelokilo Several years ago we had a issue with the dog bones twisting and what not but this is the first case that I have heard of since then. Get another set and test them out and see if it still breaks. The manufacture is using stronger steel to make the dog bones so there shouldn't be the issue.

  • @nitrorcx Its breaking the rear axles clean off at the sphere part on the end that the pin goes through.

  • @smeelokilo Is the fronts breaking or the backs? And where are the axles breaking?
