@janetrose25 how bout this, eat healthy and exercise regulary, then you have a balanced diet, and you will be a good weight

Janetrose, Buy a good skipping rope, Preferably the ones they use for Boxing. Learn how to jump fastly, and do 15-30 minutes a day.

Erm, everybodys different really.
I just went on a low-cal diet and did aerobics/cardio and yoga.
It didn't really take long, and I've gone from a size 14 to a size 8.
Plus, I'm kinda addicted to exercise and stuff now, lol.
Hope that helped a little :)
