These are great recipes, I can guarantee...There is something similar in Mexican cooking to your Italian roasted corn, where cumin and other spices and herbs are used with butter, then sprinkled with queso. Same idea, and you know it rocks with those fresh ears roasted just right. Yum! Great vid.

Thanks! By the way, there are about 900,000 poppyseeds in a pound (I counted them). Hahahahahaha.
