The placement of small diameter dental implants to stabilize a lower denture is demonstrated with live footage of a patient and illustrations for each step. The dental implants and denture are usable immediately and minimal discomfort is experienced. In the video the patient is seen joking in response to conversation with the dentist. Right after the proceedure is finished, the patient can go out and eat. Dr. Francavilla commonly performs this proceedure as a part of his dental practice.

  • Excellent video. Narrower diameter hardware preserves more mental/mandibular bone, however... how can someone spell procedure wrong...?

  • I have these dental implants and they're awesome. Because of medication I lost my teeth. Before they came out (16 teeth pulled in 1 day...ouch) the dentist had an alignment of my teeth (very important) the implants fit exactly where my origional teeth were. I can bite apples, corn on the cob. NOBODY notices the difference. It cannot even be felt during kissing! This is the best invention yet for denture wearers. Luckily, I got the implants shortly after the teeth were pulled. I healed quicker.
