After years of rolling it up and stuffing it in the linen closet, I finally learned how to fold a fitted sheet.

  • "and you have a nicely folded . . . well it's fits in the closet and that's the purpose, right?" I LOVE THAT PART. I've always been fascinated with how to fold a fitted sheet and have seen examples where it seemed they were trying to be all Martha Stewart perfect. I like you style and it helps us non females who've gotten tired of just throwing unfolded fitted sheets in the corner.

  • Yours is better than most but I still get lost on the 3rd and 4th corners. When I do it they just flop all over and I end up with the same kind of wadded-up ball of fabric I had before. Someone needs to do one of these with line diagrams, stop-action or other tricks to make it more clear. Everyone spends way too much time on the folding at the end which is the easy part, and not enough time actually explaining the way to get all 4 corners together, which is the key to doing this properly.

  • THIS IS THE BEST. I have watched a few videos now and yours was the only one that makes sense.

  • OMG finally the secret revealed! Thank you so much. I actually did it! For som reason folding the hands together first them flipping over was the kry i was missing. I feel like i just learned to tie my shoelaces LOL!

  • Hahaha!! I seriously just went to my linen cupboard and pulled out the messiest looking fitted sheet "bundle" and did this! It worked like a charm! Thank you!! I always knew it had something to do with the fitted corner nesting together, but after that I was lost. Never thought to put the darn thing down on a flat surface to finish folding it. You mam...are my hero! :D

  • This was so easy to follow.. thank you and I did it successfully!!! :) Thanks1

  • I've got the perfect answer - ya strip sheet from bed, wash it, put it back on. Voila - quickest fold ever.

  • I cannot wait to try this when I get home today! Very easily explained and I really think that I could follow this technique nicely, thanks to your way of demonstrating it. I've added this to my favorites. Yay, I've learned how to fold a fitted sheet in 2012!

  • Well done. The other videos I've seen explaining this are very hard to follow, but you really are good at explaining it, adding nice little details and comments. Thanks!
