  • They sure do, however I'd avoid the ones high in caffeine. Green tea is good but if I'm going to drink tea its going to be a powerful tea like gymnostemma, ginseng, he shou wu or some other combination of adaptogenic herbs.

    Also I drink tea yet still consider myself a raw foodist as tea is the chemical extraction of an herb and we're generally not concerned about extracting enzymes, proteins, fats etc (so we're not taking in altered nutrients).

  • What is your opinion on Green tea and other teas?

    I heard that experts say that they help to slow the aging process and help to prevent cancer and many other things.
