I haven't had any processed sugar candies (snickers, etc) in almost 2 weeks. I had one tonight. I feel like crap. I find myself here re-memorizing the shake ingredients (my wife usually makes them for us both). They're SO much better than that other trash. It's amazing because I actually crave healthy food now more than sweets! It's the beginning of something wondering. Now mind, I've been working at it longer than 2 weeks to change my habits and tastes. You've helped a TON! Thanks!!

This recipe with the "magic bullet" blender makes the best breakfast...plus easy cleanup. I don't know how people can complain so much for advice that's FREE. Thanks!

Big handful of spinach
1/2 banana
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (or any protein)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
3 big handfuls of ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
