It's a very nice drama, but super sad & tragic that just wrenched your heart & cried your eyes a river. Would love to watch it all over again but too afraid coz it was too emotionally heartbreaking. A great drama indeed.

Generally, every time when I watch Korean drama, I get an impression that cancer mortality in Korea is around 90 percents. I know this isn't true, but there are almost always few people dying from cancer in Korean drama. Regardless, this one is good drama with good song.
