In the area of the Great Plains
Warm moist air from Mexico
Meets Canadian air that's cold and dry
Air masses meet
Cold air moves under warm and rises like a beam
I knew when they collided
Thunderstorms they have been sighted, not hard to find

Summer time
Atlantic Ocean has a disturbance you see
It has a northern direction
A Low Pressure collection we can't deny
Moves East to West
The heart or Eye is the only place the wind rests
For a week or two, like an engine, or column
And it's always gonna want to blow your mind

A Hurricane Warning is on the radio, stereo

The way they spin and tug
The Earth spins and Uneven Heating
The Monsoons and Thunderstorms

These are the World Winds as they be, you see
