I get the adventure part but I don't get the contrast/failure part.

Everytime I get spit out of the vortex it makes me feel bad..I feel bad and I'm spit out..she says both, no cause and effect which would make this make sense but worse, contrast is inevitable (she also finally admitted) so I am NEVER going to be able to achieve what I want to have/do/be because it is always going to take me out of the vortex, me back in, then back out, etc. It's the game of life that you never do win, so what is all this garbage?

i am listening in the morning. it helps to create positive feelings for the day. i want this day to go well. i want be happy. i want to have. i want to see things that i like, and i want to feel good. i want to feel strong and powerful i want to laugh and i want to sing and i want to play. i want laughter and childlike playfulness. i want to feel good. i want positive sensations, and i want the strength to meet obstacles and opportunities and challenges, and to see them as a chance to have more.
