Hi hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

i'm not sure if you mentioned it but if i have i'm sorry....how long were you on the slim fast diet? I'm at a plateau as well...i just feel so discouraged!

@maria22284 I can't remember exactly, but maybe 2-3 months? I could be wrong. I could look back & try to find out b/c I was wondering myself. I lost 20lbs. I really hope it works. Good luck to you! I hate how my plateau isn't near where it used to be:(
