In 1992 jazz musician Lionel Hampton received the Kennedy Center Honors. One of his presenters was the Queen of Soul herself recalling a time in which she and her sister Carolyn performed with him as children. She also sings a snippet of Sam Cooke's signature song. Enjoy and rate this video!

from the bottom of my heart, i thank you, for making me like music more.. and it would be a great pleasure if i would get to meet you someday, a farfetched idea, but everybody can dream right? thank you for being the queen and i love you!!
