The Death of Pippa

Ode to the 1976 made for tv movie starring teen dream Robby Benson. The Death of Richie was a film based on a true story about a violent showdown between a conservative dad and his painfully adolescent, drug experimenting, too shy to talk to girls son Richie. This ode was entered in the 10 Minutes and under film festival 2007, and we hope it gets accepted.

Richie's last name was Werner, in the movie, which was based on a true story. But, the actual person Richie had the last name of Deiner.

I like this very much, well done. :) The Death Of Richie is a touching film and is so sad, I always cry when I see it. And to think that that was a true story, Bod Bless Richie, and Robby did a great and touching performance on prtraying his life.

I remember watching this movie when I was in high school. great movie,but very sad ending. this movie was made before alcohol abuse and drug abuse were such a big deal as they are presently.
