it is soifon transliteration of Mandarin Chinese, often incorrectly romanized as Soi Fong. But however shes one of my fav. female characters in bleach

Fong is Soi Fon's real last name. Her full name is Shoulin Fong. Soi Fon is a Stealth Force code name given to her when she first joined. It's like an alias.
