second clip 70m rotaiting antena on the train platform. HF large antena broadcast Radio station from 3Mhz to 30Mhz installation on the train platforn to rotating antenna pattern. Very impressive.

  • This is the small array only 70m high but is rotaiting 360`. In this facility there are meny big antenas and array. Lots of irons, copper, wires and steal :) There is 64 matching dipols antena in 180m higt this is very impressive + 1MW power output. Really the great HAMRADIO AMATEUR dream. 73 from Bulgaria :)

  • First of all there is little directivity on 80 meters, is it worth doing this for a db or less?

    Mine is bigger than yours hmh?

  • These arrays were used as antenna arrays for HF jamming applications, this is why they can be rotated. This way they could cover certain areas. Phasing control of elevation angle was also achieved. Powers used flushed parts of eastern Europe from "unfriendly" signals, such as VOA's and RadioFreeEurope's. The transmitters are in poor condition now, but they still work.
