  • Thanks a lot Elle, was quite obvious, but i would probably have used ages to figure it out on my own :)

  • @theobserverable we always overlook the simple!! always happens to me LOL - what's your page? I'd love to come check it out!

  • Seems really easy. Will definitely try it out in the morning. Thnx in advance

  • @selwerderdwarsstraat How did you go? Would you share a link to your page?

  • o mg thats compicated i just want a cool background but looks like i need a 4 year IT degree to do it

  • @daniel1279ful It's not that complicated, I have given you the template, all you have to do is put in your own images and content :) You can always pay someone to do it or use a fanpage creator kind of program but the latter won't give you all the options to create a fully custom design.

  • I finally was able to get everything to work correctly but the only question I have now is how to install on FB because they made changes and I have not been able to add my splash page. Has anyone else had the same problem

  • I am using CS5 version and I notice it will not allow me to adjust my video where I would like to place it. Meaning if I try to place it on top of my graphics in a blank area it does not move there it seems to slide my background over, I am new to DW so I am guessing it is a setting that I do not know about.

  • @elleBillias I tried it, but in the end I went with something easier due to problems with my FTP and time constraints. I went with Static HTML: iframe tabs which provides an easy way to add a welcome page. The Facebook page I did it for was facebook /DutchFlightAcademy

I would like to thank you for your insight thouhg, because it really got the bal rolling for me.

  • @theobserverable From your Facebook page, click on Edit Page, on the Manage Permissions tab you can choose the Default Landing Tab.

  • Hello Elle, great video, could you maybe tell me how I can make the created iframe to appear as the first page upon entering? I would like to have the welcome screen appear first and then users can choose to go to the wall afterwards.

  • @BuildingBloxOFFICIAL Hi, no I am not in Sydney, a little bit north of there :)
