Well, Green day's cover isn't the best cover but I was surprised when I took the advice of this fan and listened to their songs in the 80s.
Found out their guitarist/vocalist was really influenced by Chuck Berry and he could make solos just like the solos Angus Young makes in this video right here. Try "The Judge's Daughter" or "Why Do You Want Him". After the bridges, there's a hell of a good solo.
Hopefully one day Alberts records in Australia will release the live recordings they have of Angus and Bon getting up on stage and jamming with Rose Tattoo at their gigs in Australia round 1976-1977.
