  • you look great man . i have a question , how many grams of protein one should consume a day ? is too many protein can hurt your body ?

    also what is the fastest way to get a 6 pack?

  • Depending on your training regimen,a good amount for most people who workout is at least 1 gram of protein a day for each pound of body weight, some people need more it really depends on the level of their training ect. and yes consuming too much protein can lead to some major health problems, so remember everything we do should be in moderation, good luck if you would like a copy of my monthly free news letter go to fitnessking web site and click contact, good luck and great success

  • yes great shape, i joined the gymn last year for the very first time in my life at age:30, and did leg press and treadmill, and ripped a hole in my cartlidges both knees, now i have put so much weight on around my abs and abdominal, and face , i do cardio, but want a flat stomach, and have started doing pushups to put the stomach in, any tips? please mail me, need help, will power is not problem, need strategy! thanks in advance!

  • Hi hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • can you give me some tips on how many reps\sets to do of leg raises\knee ups\left and right side knee ups? im new to all this, and what is this machine called?

  • This exercise work the abdominals isometricley (no-movement) so you can all do it, but still it's not the most effective one.

    When you pull up your legs you work on your ilia-psoas most of all. (a leg muscle)

    Almost every ordinary abdominals exercise which make you do the real movement of the abs (which is curling your spine forward) will be more effecive.

  • just one question, when I work my abs,(or any other muscle gruop) shall i do alot of reps til it really burn or a few reps whit more weight and as much reps i can do (lets say 10) with out feeling the ''burning pain'' ?
