Surreal Chicago Boat with Miami's Louis Dee!
The Playpen, which offers boaters a sweeping view of the Chicago skyline, has long been a favorite spot for recreational boaters to enjoy Lake Michigan boating. In August, however, this area of the lake becomes a sea of boats rafted together in what the Chicago Sun-Times calls "a floating Mardi Gras," and what the New York Times says is "a ticket to 'Girls Gone Wild' come to life."
