If i remember correctly, Forza 3 had a built in assist where it limited the ability to turn the wheels to a certain degree, which also prevents drifting at such an angle with rear wheel drive such as the top secret, these professional drifters are probably trying to just that and were failing because they went in expecting to be able to do exactly as they would in their own drift cars the very first go. Forza 4 has added a simulation steering option which seems to let RWD cars drift like that.

@dacarfreak2000 the physics in GT5 are shotty in my opinion. i tried so hard getting into GT5 just because i wanted another racing simulator to play. i just always found myself going back to forza.

Not to offend you guys but Forza 3 is a terrible simulator and I think that GT5 has better physics in terms of handling and accelerating I mean these guys are pro drifters and they struggled drifting in the game while Tanner Foust is at league with these guys and yet he managed to drift a car in GT5 using a simlar wheel and real life knowledge. Forza 3 is a great game but has yet to catch up to Gran Turismo 5 in terms of physics.

drifting is hard as fuck in this game, you will struggle just like they do.
