Alex James, from British band Blur, takes a battle-scarred and bullet-hole filled black hawk helicopter into the heart of rebel territory to help destroy another field designed to cultivate cocaine. • I think the real story here is not about the cocaine but about Alex's hair

  • cocaine looses 81% of its addictive properties when isolated in labs - without the use of ammonia and gas.

Legalize, tax and streamline- and its would mean a 10 billion to 40 billion budget cut for the US government and perhaps an equal amount in cash crops.

but our government would rather have the black market control it.

  • @MrPiekutowski well yes, there's certainly nothing to indicate that we can go back to rational small government... but it is still at least feasible- the only opponents to it are left wing irreconcilables and crypto-communist in the guise of "liberal intellectuals" (both words liberal+intellectual being misnomers here)

  • @lictor313 true, but the chance of a rational freeholding government, atleast in america, will never be possible again.

  • @MrPiekutowski not in a society governed by rational, freeholding men. It only becomes a problem if released in savage countries. Cocaine was legal and readily available in Britain and America all through the 1800's to early 1930's. THere was no drug problem then, there was no issue surrounding its use- because in a society of gentlemen these problems are nugatory.

  • @lictor313 legalizing any fucking chemical drug would be a terrible decision.

  • The best way to eradicate Cocoa is to snort it!

  • I hope the government will learn that its not cocaine, people or anything illegal that's the problem the world has. Its the government and their money that's killing us. Government wanted to be the most powerful people by making money & its now out of control. The government deserves every problem that money makes including the hatred we all feel about them. The government don't think about getting rid of money to get rid of the horrible problems it brings. Fuck Them & they can kiss our asses!

  • I hope that ignorant retard gets shot

  • No obvious good guys or bad guys? You dolt. The bad guys are the prohibitionists (that's why they won't talk to your dumb ass!). Without cocaine prohibition, what would happen? Some people might use cocaine? They already are. Some people might OD? They already are. (And fewer people would OD if it was legal, because then, they'd know what they were getting. Noone wants to OD! Duh! The same was true when people stopped drinking bathtub gin when prohibition ended!) Wake up, America!

  • @0628willy It's interesting being British and listening to your heart felt-in my opinion-genuine and warranted criticisms of this guy. I think he still thinks in his mind that he is the cool guy he probably was before his fame. But I'll bet for 10 yrs he's not heard the words NO!!! from anybody. He doesn't listen to others when they're right in front of him trying to explain he is so in love with his own opinions. It's ABC Freud; translated. He's utterly spoiled. Scientific term; Tosser

  • @ImportanceOfWhatever Amazing. Is he totally up his own arse or what? Talk about Narcissistic. Not just physically but revealed in the amount of attention he gives to those he's talking to.. or should I say at? In my humble opinion there is nothing more irritating than one who interrupt you.Yes it's rude but what it really say's is 'I'm not really interested in what your saying. So me being a stroppy Scouser i'd just walk away. But to do it when you've just asked the question and then not listen
