hey u use any pedals?would u recomend this amp for thrash/death metal with medium cab?

I never used pedals with this amp. It would probably be great for thrash if you like the tone as is. You could always add an EQ and boost pedal.

@mooktank I am very interested in buying one of these amp heads. One quick question, instead of buying a speaker cabinet for the tiny terror could i just use another amp as a speaker?

You can't use an amplifier as a speaker. If you have a combo amp where the speaker can be disconnected, you could possibly use that speaker depending on impedance. I imagine the speaker in the Marshall is pretty much a piece of junk so I'd recommend just buying a decent cabinet. Save up for a while if necessary!

There is soooo much tone in the TT! I have one myself, but I still have to watch vids of it on youtube just to remind myself of how awesome it sounds. Great playing btw. Never heard metal sounding so good from this amp before.

@dillungd1 oh yeah my friend oranges are super loud great for gigs Joan jett,eric clapton,joey alves,gary moore,lita ford amoung others rocked these amps all have celestion speakers

I was so happy when you started playing nutshell ! brilliant :) oh and battery? I know alot of metal bands are using Orange amps now , they sound rad ! I'm just wondering because i've only had combos or valve pre amps before, would this head sound good Driving really big speakers, Or do you generally need a big powerful amp head for big speakers ?
