Eliminating bananas, tomatoes, eating lot of juicy fruits and leafy greens, having very little fat (like 1 table spoon of olive oil) = eliminated my acne

I personally use a lot of fruit in my diet, and it helped clear me up pretty fast. Really high water intake, coupled with fruits and other healthy practices really help more than people can believe.

Yeah you definitely have to do if for a while to see results like months.I eat fish and I like to have banana bread for sweets, but no chocolate, dairy,or junk food.DOn't we all wish we could be like some and eat whatever the hell we want and still have clear skin.Organic food is expensive so you shouldn't buy all organic just the fruits and veggies. But the non organic food with tough skin like pineapple and avacado are still good for you I think. Its really hard though like she said.Juicing helps!

does someone else have more info about healing exzema, my brothers suffers every day from this skin disease, he has been on the strict raw food diet for a couple of months (before he ate some cooked foods, lots of fruit and vegetables for about a year) and he takes supplements and probiotica but he's still suffering, he has a lot of problems with his degistion, he says, and that his inside has to heal first before his skin will, i want to believe this but its taking so long...

You do not need meat. In fact, diets that are free of meat are associated with higher health. Also, cows existed before jesus, so I find it hard to believe that he gave them to us...

Thanks, I'm going through this right now. Raw vegetables and high fruit for 5 days now, acne getting worse, what feels like fruit especially is making me break out more, but i'm hanging in there, cause fruits are very high in energy. One orange and I feel my muscles expanding. Greens are very low in calories and my weight drops like a bomb when I'm greens only. Fruits are crucial for weight stability/maintenance. Thanks for the support.

@summergirl180 u should check out jordan rubin " the maker diet" :)
A diet of no fruit is a starvation diet. We cannot sustain ourselves without fruit: it is the food for humans. Don't forget the leafy greens, as well! If you leave out fruit, you will have NO carbohydrate energy / glycogen reserves. Not a good thing.
