Girl Talk Series 101 Dealing With Depression and Pent up Anger

One of my baby girls asked me to do this topic and I was so glad she came to me and wanted to share what was going on with her. Depression is a very touchy subject and it's hard for some people to come right out and talk about. It hurts you mentally and physically and you have to remember no matter what there is always a person out there that will listen to you. With an open ear, open mind, and warm heart.

I also wanted to talk about anger and how it affected me for so long that I was in this state of denial with myself. After eights being divorced I was still angry with my ex husband for all the pain he done to me and the hatred inside for him still was encased in my heart. But one day I was listening to this song by Jack Johnson called "Enemy" and things just came clear to me and I said to myself just let go of being angry everything will be okay. So don't let all that anger inside build up and hurt you even more. Let out and exhale because you'll get through it.

I know exactly what it feels like, I've been dealing with depression and low self-esteem for a long time....Trying to deal with that on top of trying to pass my college classes felt so unbearable last year...the entire last month of the semester...I just didn't go to school...I was on the verge of dropping out of college during my last year, got straight F's, I didn't care......it feels like u r in quick sand trying to dig ur self of but u can't...dont know when I will graduate or if i ever will

pent-up anger is destroying me inside....I got burned too I know how that feels and I am so full of rage because my ex managed to get my friends involved and made me look like an idiot....the worst part was that they were a lot older than me...I thought I was safe for that reason but I guess you're never too old to be a liar or for drama. anyways. good vid. good song.
