Live video appearance by Natan Sharansky, Chairman, Jewish Agency for Israel, video message from Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the State of Israel, remarks by Esther Widman, Vice President of NACHOS and Holocaust Survivor, and remarks by Menachem Rosensaft, Vice President of The American Gathering of Jewish Holocaust Survivors and their Descendants.

Project HEART seeks to reach eligible persons, Jewish Holocaust victims and their heirs worldwide, who or whose families owned movable, immovable, or intangible personal property that was confiscated, looted, or forcibly sold in countries governed or occupied by the Nazi forces or Axis powers during the Holocaust era.
