The "Payroll tax" is intended to fund SS and Medicare. You made cuts to that tax, so in effect you have made cuts to Social Security and Medicare.

These videos made by the Obama WhiteHouse are promising the stars, and in the long run, delivering nothing.

Explain to me why the so-called "2%" has to pay for the programs that the government promises everybody, even though the "2%" barely makes a dent into what the government actually owes to people in the form of Social Security and Medicare.
