I think these guys are protected by the Triads. It might be a situation where if they steal from you and you know it just walk away because they will kill you if you fight back.

wow people just act like nothing is going on, this looks like a fish tank, like my puffer going around snipping at other fish. if people are so scare to do anything, why waste the effort in pick pocketing when you could jux say, hey, give me yo money?

@flotona There are theives in all countries i used to live in china and i lost my tv in a 11 level building. Now i live in australia becasue i cant stand the chinese population lol.

Wow people on YouTube are retarded there's so much shit going aroun you at once you don't notice chopsticks going in your pocket, for example I learned a pickpocket move that you would think would never work if the person has there wallet/phone in their back pocket pretend to bump into them an quickly slide your hand in and grab it and they don't notice! So it's believable the guys with chopsticks are legit!

Difference between China and America is China they have no urge to worry about things that happen around them due to lack of fear, while America always have a "look over your shoulders" type of motto.... thank god I live in a fear filled country so I don't have to lose my hard earned dollars....
