Why are working class Americans against Unions? Yes they are not all good but the idea of unions and what they have achieved in practice are important. Voting for the rights of the rich when you are poor is beyond stupid

I've never seen so many ignorant people in my life...people died at the beginning of the 20th century to create unions. They created unions to protect the workers from being exploited and given slave wages. Thanks to unions, you now have an 8 hour workday rather than a 16 hour workday. Thanks to unions, you have a living wage/minimum wage. Thanks to unions, you have safe working conditions--free of poisonous chemicals and dangerous machinery. Thanks to unions,the wage slave has a better life...

I'm sure you also include the CEOs making millions off the backs of workers.
Unions are almost non-existent today. Only 10% of the workforce have unions to protect them. Look at what we are paid today compared to the 60s when they were common. We are paid less today. How are people supposed to survive on that? You want them to take another dock in pay?
Maybe you should stop blaming hard working people and start blaming CEOs giving themselves million $ bonuses when their companies are failing.
