I think it's cool how you are expressing your opinion, but it's fast food, dear. Ppl like it for all the reasons you complained about. It's fast, cheap and easy to get. If you don't like it, don't eat there. & about the confusion with the order, fast food workers are humans and sometimes they make mistakes and need clarification.
