Try using your ring finger strictly for the hammer-ons on the D string, and your pinky for the hammer-ons on the G string -- it makes it a bit easier to coordinate the lead melody with the rhythm part, and it ultimately sounds a bit more fluid.

It's not too tough -- after I transcribed it, it took me around about an hour or so to sync up the lead melody with the bass part fluidly enough, mostly because of the multiple hammer-ons.
