"Linus and Lucy" arranged for guitar (in standard tuning)

There are a lot of arrangements of this song (just the main riff here, anyway) for guitar in alternate tunings, but I like to play in standard tuning whenever possible (for the sake of fretboard familiarity). Granted, it is played slightly sharp of the original key (here it's in A, while the original was in G, I believe), and the lead melody lacks the harmony part, but it still sounds pretty convincing, I think.

The sound isn't great, but that's likely because (a) I'm just using the internal mic on the laptop with no audio interface and (b) my playing is rather sloppy.

Try using your ring finger strictly for the hammer-ons on the D string, and your pinky for the hammer-ons on the G string -- it makes it a bit easier to coordinate the lead melody with the rhythm part, and it ultimately sounds a bit more fluid.

It's not too tough -- after I transcribed it, it took me around about an hour or so to sync up the lead melody with the bass part fluidly enough, mostly because of the multiple hammer-ons.
